Administrative courts

The bulk of the Cabinet Briard administrative law practice occurs before the Council of State, the supreme court in administrative matters.

However, the Firm also appears, alongside lawyers who are members of the local bar associations, before the French ordinary administrative courts (administrative courts, administrative courts of appeal) and the specialized administrative courts (disciplinary boards of professional associations, the Court of Auditors (Cour des comptes), Budgetary and Financial Discipline Court (Cour de discipline budgétaire et financière), etc.).

The practical advantage of involving a member of the Bar of the Supreme Courts in administrative matters as of the proceedings at first instance is that, in the event the matter is appealed to the Council of State, the appellate lawyer will have a comprehensive and exhaustive perspective of the case.
