At the Grand Transatlantic Ball, held at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée at the initiative of Charles and Hélène de Lauzun, François-Henri Briard, President of the Institut Vergennes, member of the Federalist Society, and the Historical Society of the Supreme Court of the United States, had the honor of delivering a remarkable speech on the transatlantic relationship.
